Aryan Gholami (born on Jul. 26, 2001- Qaemshahr) is an Iranian chess grandmaster. In June 2020, he was ranked sixth among Iranian chess players.

Aryan Gholami won the first master's norm in the standard section of the Swedish Railton International Competition by passing the live rating of 2500.

In the blitz section, he who had won 6 points in 6 matches, refused to compete with the Israeli opponent in the seventh round and lost one point. In the ninth round, he lost against the French chess player with a rating of 2562 and became the runner-up with 6 victories.

Explaining the reason for not competing with the representative of Israel, he said:

I had a big goal for this act, which was more important to me than any title. My goal was to support the oppressed people of Palestine.

On Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019 Arian Gholami met with Mohammad Reza Davarzani, Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth. In this meeting, the referee praised and thanked him for his action. On Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, Shahid Haj Qasem Soleimani met Arian Gholami and granted his ring to him. He considers this meeting as one of his best memories and in this meeting he requested a meeting with the Supreme Leader of the Revolution from Haj Qasem Soleimani.

On Sunday, Arian Gholami met with the Supreme Leader. In this meeting, the wise leader considered him as one of the capitals of the revolution.
